Franklin Canyon Park is open at the north (Mulholland) entrance to pedestrian and bicycle access only. No vehicular access until further notice due to hazardous conditions. South entrance is open to vehicles. No through traffic.

Sullivan Canyon Preservation Association Appointment

At its regular meeting on February 1, 2023, the Governing Board of the Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority will appoint a Director to the Sullivan Canyon Preservation Association.  The candidates and their statements of qualifications are:
