Festivals, Drive-Ins, Expos and Large-Scale Public Events

Rolling lawns and large parking areas offer ample space for public and ticketed events such as music, lifestyle and food festivals, pop-up art installations and public performances, market expos and trade shows and car shows.

Our spaces are also ideal for socially-distanced events such as drive-in movie and concerts, immersive drive-through events and other car-based parades.

Interconnected trails and adjacent parking spaces provide opportunities to host fun-runs, trail races and guided and group hikes, as well as base camps and starting points for long-distance cycle and running events.
