Franklin Canyon Park is open at the north (Mulholland) entrance to pedestrian and bicycle access only. No vehicular access until further notice due to hazardous conditions. South entrance is open to vehicles. No through traffic.

Purchase Parking Permits

The Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority thanks you for your interest and support of our parks. For annual parking permits covering the parks and trailheads listed below, we offer weekday or entire week permits. The cost for a multi-park weekday five (5) day permit is $300.00/yr. and the cost for a multi-park seven (7) day permit is $450.00/yr.

Permits can be purchased by credit card below or by sending a check with type of permit requested and the license number, model, and color of your vehicle to:

As of November 24, 2014, the parking fees at Wilacre Park have been eliminated under an agreement between the MRCA and the County of Los Angeles, facilitated by the 3rd Supervisorial District. There is no charge to park in the lot at Wilacre Park.
