The first park along the Los Angeles River designed and built by the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy, Elysian Valley Gateway Park provides access to the natural streambed portion of the river, as well as the Los Angeles River Bike Path. The park provides restful place to picnic and enjoy the river’s diversity of bird life.
