Located in a California black walnut and coast live oak woodland above the San Fernando Valley in Sherman Oaks, Dixie Canyon Park is a deeply shaded twenty-acre open space preserve donated to the Conservancy by actor Warren Beatty in 1986.
A hiking-only trail meanders up the center of the canyon initially alongside a perennial stream.
Parking: Street parking is on Dixie Canyon Place.
