Local Coastal Program Amendment
The Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy and Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority submitted to the California Coastal Commission a proposed amendment to the City of Malibu Local Coastal Program to incorporate a Malibu Parks Public Access Enhancement Plan Overlay. The LCP amendment override for the Malibu Parks Public Access Enhancement Plan Overlay, submitted by the Conservancy and MRCA, was certified by the Commission on June 10, 2009, as revised by the Commission. The following attachments are the original submittal of the Conservancy and MRCA, prior to the Commission's modifications.
